Telephony, meaning a number, answering calls and SMS, starts with the Start plan, and you can try Pro free for 7 days.
Yes. From the Start plan you can bring your own model keys: OpenAI, Groq, Google, Azure and OpenRouter. Pro adds Deepgram and OpenAI for voice and transcription, and Business adds ElevenLabs, Cartesia and Speechmatics, together with the full voice library and custom voices.
Yes. Even the Free plan has calendars (Google Calendar, Cal.com), Google Sheets and the public API. Start adds email, webhooks, Zapier and custom HTTP tools, and Pro adds Slack, WhatsApp, stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, Allegro, BaseLinker) and Stripe payment links. The CRM integrations - HubSpot, Pipedrive and Daktela - start at Business, where the campaign leads land.
Only what you ask it to. Once you connect a Google account in the dashboard, the agent checks free slots in the calendar you pick and books the appointments agreed during a call, and after the call it adds the enquiry details to the spreadsheet you chose. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising or to train AI models, and you can disconnect the account in one click. Details are in our privacy policy.
Yes, if you would rather not do it yourself. Opening an account costs nothing, and a done-for-you rollout is an optional one-off package from 2000 zł - agent configuration, number and integrations wired up, handover. Add it to any paid plan.
