No. It talks only about the trips, dates and prices you load into it, and for a date with no places left it takes the details and says somebody will call back. It does not invent a hotel or a figure you would have to walk back.
It reads back the terms you enter in the wizard word for word, without interpreting them. A call about cancelling a signed contract goes to a consultant, because that is not a conversation for an automated agent.
It says which documents a given trip needs and reminds the caller to check the expiry date themselves. It does not confirm that a specific document will do, because that is for the carrier and border control, not the agency.
