The questions we get
Yes. The agent speaks Polish and English natively, and the voice library covers more languages. For a hotel that is usually the difference between a booking taken and a booking lost.
It does not invoice; that stays in your system. It can take a deposit: with the Stripe integration (from the Pro plan) it texts a payment link during the call, the guest pays with BLIK, Przelewy24 or a card, and the bot hears whether the payment went through. It never takes card details over the phone.
Through a calendar or a webhook into whatever you use. It checks availability before confirming, so it will not sell a room you do not have.
